Our experience with Richard James has been wonderful. We have been looking for a house to rent and struggling since a long time to find our dream one. We visited one of the properties offered by Richard James today and we were of course amazed by the property itself, but we were mostly overwhelmed by the lettings team and their kindness and professionalism.

Me and my partner had a very positive experience with Richard James. We were recommended by work colleagues after struggling to find a property for over a month we contacted them and straight away the sent over 10 houses that were currently available. We arranged a viewing for one and we got shown round by Caroline Schaefer. She was extremely kind, honest and made sure to answer all our annoying questions and quickly secured the property for us.

Having managed my wife’s property for the last five years, I decided, when the last tenant moved out, to employ the services of Richard James Estate Agents. I am pleased to say that they have not disappointed in both their response to the task of finding, referencing and installing a new tenant and in sorting one or two other issues out for me before the handover.

I am a landlord and have used Richard James to find tenants for me in the past. I am glad that I used them again as they delivered very good service again. Everyone I dealt with was polite, professional and quick to respond to any questions.
