About Danny Steptoe

Danny grew up in Oxford and was lucky enough to watch the filming of the Inspector Morse detective series, perhaps foreshadowing his ability to look beyond the obvious and provide valuable insight into the performance of a business. Danny has enjoyed working in senior finance positions across a number of different industries, but most recently came to property 7 years ago.  With an honest and supportive approach, Danny is keen to introduce smarter ways of working and leads by example: his motto is always be prepared to do what you ask of others.

Away from the numbers, Danny is likely to be found on the padel court working on his backhand or at home surrounded by the latest bit of tech – his household is never short of gadgets, though getting them all to cooperate is another story. An avid football fan and former qualified referee, he has seen the game from all angles, giving him a balanced perspective both on and off the pitch.
