Emily is a friendly, positive, and highly organised member of the team supporting the day-to-day running of the office. Her role includes coordinating viewings, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, and being one of the first friendly voices clients speak to on the phone. Always happy to help, Emily brings energy and warmth to everything she does.
Working in property allows Emily to meet new people, explore new homes, and help clients find a place they can truly call their own, all while enjoying a good chat along the way. Described by friends and family as happy, friendly, and maybe a little competitive, Emily has been Irish dancing for 15 years and brings the same focus and determination to her work, especially when she has a target to hit. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, especially her nephew Theodore, as well as having relaxed weekends split between catching up with friends at the pub or enjoying a family dinner at home.
I was very pleased with the service provided by Richard James, from the outset of having my property valued to its ultimate completion. At every stage, I was kept ‘in the loop’ particularly when complications arose. Advice was always pertinent, given without ‘fear or favour’ and I always felt that everything was done to maintain momentum and ensure that my interests were at the forefront of all deliberations. Relocating employment and moving to another part of the country within a particular time frame inevitably meant that the ‘stars had to align’ in quite a specific way.
