About Joanne Murgatroyd
Born and raised in Chiseldon, Jo brings creativity, optimism, and determination to her role in marketing. As the voice of the customer, she shapes brand strategy and manages both our physical and digital presence. Her experience at Bicester Village strengthened her customer relationship skills – and, naturally, her shopping skills too! A self-confessed Selling Sunset fan, Jo enjoys having an insider’s view of how property really works and the similarities between the show and the reality of the industry.
Having worked across Europe, Asia, the USA, and the UK, Jo has embraced different cultures and experiences. Family is everything to her; she loves hosting, bringing people together, and ensuring no guest leaves hungry, while her two cats and albino leopard gecko oversee the family antics. A music lover, Jo enjoys everything from Bonobo and Harry Styles to Kraftwerk and classical music, while quiet moments are spent with her Kindle. A former All England Ballet Champion at 12, Jo continues to embrace creativity and lives by her motto to “seize the day,” bringing warmth and a passion for people into everything she does.
