Sue and I would like to thank all of the staff at Richard James. Between them they kept our chain together. We initially sold within 4 days of going on the market back in March 2018. This however fell through twice. (No ones fault) They worked hard to find us a new buyer at the beginning of June and our chain of 8 properties finally completed on 18th October. I put the success of this move down to one significant fact. We used a local, traditional Estate Agent. I cannot emphasize enough the advantages of being able to deal with your agent face to face if you need to. On numerous occasions throughout this process our patience was tested by others in our chain. The progressions team worked flat out to keep me up to date with any issues. They held our chain together with all the skill, diplomacy and experience that comes from a best in class estate agent. Selling our home through the Richard James Wroughton team was just as we expected. From valuation to offer, they were clear, transparent and honest with us, always communicating even through the uncertainty of Brexit. They delivered a really high level of service that we did not get with our previous agent. Ross, Fredy, Callum and Grace kept in constant touch about viewings and the feedback which seems to be rare with estate agents. However Richard James came into their own once we accepted an offer. Hayley was our point of contact and all I can say is WOW!
