Emma is our bright and bubbly, get-up-and-go Sale Negotiator and Valuer, who plays a key role in both the sales journey and on the team. The highlights of her workday are spending time to get to know clients (and their pets), finding that perfect match of person and property, and making our agents and your homes shine on social media. She’s got a real eye for bringing out the best in everyone! Born and raised in Swindon, Emma has a strong connection to the local area and community and has the plenty of tips on the best dog walk routes. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active at the gym and spending quality time with her son, family, and pets, including her two lovely sausage dogs, Bruno and Boost. Weekends are often a mix of fitness and family time, usually spent having great food and even better laughs.
I was very pleased with the service provided by Richard James, from the outset of having my property valued to its ultimate completion. At every stage, I was kept ‘in the loop’ particularly when complications arose. Advice was always pertinent, given without ‘fear or favour’ and I always felt that everything was done to maintain momentum and ensure that my interests were at the forefront of all deliberations. Relocating employment and moving to another part of the country within a particular time frame inevitably meant that the ‘stars had to align’ in quite a specific way.
