Topping the list for the most affordable average property price is Erin Court, off Kingshill Road, where you can expect to pay around £76,250 for a home. Hot on its heels is Stonefield Close in Eastleaze, with an average property price of £76,357.
The next three entries all boast average property prices under £85,000. Speedwell Close in Haydon and The Heights in Old Town offer homes for around £79,060 and £79,812 respectively. Meanwhile, properties in Applewood Court, Westlea, and Willowherb Close typically cost £85,333 and £85,800 respectively.
Copse Avenue, near the railway line off Stratton Road, saw the most sales in 2023, with 12 homes changing hands. The average price for these properties was approximately £90,082.
Rounding off our list are Azelin Court and Charminster Close, where properties typically cost £89,500 and £93,500 respectively. Finally, Milton Road is the priciest of our affordable streets, with an average property price of £94,166.
